The display centre is staffed by the Abigroup community relations team members. Everyone is welcome to visit the display centre to view plans, obtain information and discuss any matters of concern.
The display centre includes information on designs, construction
activities, environmental matters, plans, newsletters, CLG

A Community liaison group (CLG) has been formed and meets
regularly. The group has been established to enable discussion
of the design and construction of the project between community
members and the project team. CLG members disseminate information
to the community and provide feedback to the project team.
The group is provided with information about the progress
of the project, and a range of issues including noise mitigations,
traffic arrangements, urban and landscape design and signage.
Copies of the meeting notes are available at the display
centre and as downloadable documents from the Information
documents section of the website.
Meetings are also attended by AlburyCity officers, the project’s Environmental Management Representative (EMR) Mr Toby Hobbs, RTA and Abigroup project team representatives.
Community updates, outlining the progress of the project
and upcoming activities, will be distributed four months
to households and will be downloadable from Information
documents section of this website.
Construction advertisements will be published in local
newspapers every three months to advise the Albury community
of the progress and future work activities. These advertisements
will be downloadable from the Information
documents section of this website.
Changes to local traffic conditions advertisements will
be published in local newspapers to advise motorists and
local residents of possible delays and disruptions. All
advertisements will be downloadable from the Information
documents section of this website.
Where a particular activity is planned that may have some effect on local residents, advice will be provided to nearby residents via a letterbox notification. The notices will include details of the activity, timing, duration and contact details for further information.
Information sheets will be prepared to provide more detailed
information about various aspects of the project. These
will include noise assessment and other matters of interest.
These documents are downloadable from the Information
documents section of this website.
During the course of the project construction, site inspections and presentations will be provided to various groups and organisations to enable the community to understand the project and be kept up-to-date with the activities that are occurring. Groups interested in receiving a presentation should contact toll free number 1800 674 934.
